The Concord Repair Clamp is constructed of premium grade, corrosion resistant, type 304 stainless steel. Using the heaviest possible gauge, the Clamp allows optimum flexibility and provides uniform presure over the entire damaged pipe section. Concord Repair Clamps can be used in all situations on virtually all kinds of pipe ranging in size from 2" to 24", with special sizes available on request, to any diameter. FEATURES Lifter Bar -- the Concord Lifter bar provides a dependable, tight seal by equalizing the pressure over the entire length of the Clamp. This special design actually locks the lugs in place allowing quicker tghtening with less effort. GASKET The Repair Clamp gasket forms evenly to the rough sedimented surface of active pipe. Its tapered, waffled and overlapping design actually moulds to the pipe providing a totally encircled seal. When the Clamp is completely tightened, the gasket will expand slightly beyond the edge of the stainless steel shell, providing added protection against galvanic  corrosion
